The Education Law Center's mission is to ensure access to a quality public education for all children in Pennsylvania. We pursue this mission by focusing on the most underserved students: children living in poverty, children of color, children with disabilities, children in the foster care and juvenile justice systems, children experiencing homelessness, English learners, LGBTQ and gender-nonconforming students – and many who are at the intersection of these identities.

Pennsylvania's Learning Standards for Early Childhood are research-based according to age and development, and form the foundation for curriculum, assessment, instruction and intervention within early care and education programs.

Pennsylvania's Promise for Children, known as PA Promise, is a campaign to help families make good choices about their child's early learning and choose quality learning programs that are right for their family. The Pennsylvania Office of Early Learning and Development (OCDEL) is the primary partner in PA Promise.

The Pennsylvania Immigration Resource Center (PIRC), a non-profit organization founded on the belief of equal access to justice, works to protect immigrants' rights to freedom and opportunity in the United States and save the lives of the most vulnerable immigrants and their families. PIRC provides free, effective legal representation, legal counsel, education, and advocacy to help immigrants obtain or protect their legal status.
