About Quality Influential Professionals (QIP)
Quality Influential Professionals (QIP) was founded in 2004, formerly known as the Learning Circle. QIP became independently orchestrated by sixty-five providers that network monthly to deliver shared resources, trainings, and assisting providers in maintaining a high-quality program through regulations, professionalism, and updates in the ECE industry. QIP is currently providing support for licensed family and group child care and unlicensed providers in Philadelphia and surrounding counties. As leaders, through our virtual monthly meeting, QIP offers family engagements and business practices from various organizations. As mentors, conference presenters, workshop organizers, and committee members of other advocacy groups, our roles are to research.
Quality Influential Professionals (QIP) is a Family Child Care provider led, staffed and serving organization located in Philadelphia, PA. QIP grew out of decades of investments, fellowship, friendship and organizing among home-based providers in the city. QIP is a registered nonprofit organization.
